Return policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your order under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Products that are damaged, washed, or altered will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate products for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
  2. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or we made an error.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos as evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
